Terms of Service

Effective 1 September 2026

The service

Consensis extracts structured data from catalogue PDFs. Every cell in the result carries provenance: its confidence, which independent readings agree, and where it sits on the original page.

Accuracy

Extraction is automated. We flag cells that lack a second independent reading instead of hiding them — the flags are part of the product. For decisions that matter, review flagged cells against the original page (the delivery includes side-by-side view for exactly this). We do not warrant that unreviewed output is error-free.

Pricing

Pay per delivered page, from a prepaid balance. Current rates are shown at the point of purchase. A small anonymous trial quota is free. Charges count delivered pages regardless of our internal caching.

Your content

You keep all rights to documents you upload and to the extracted data. You warrant you are entitled to process the documents you submit. We delete them on the schedule described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

No attempts to disrupt the service, evade rate limits or quotas, or process content you have no right to process.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to account holders by e-mail.
